While all of the following might sound intimidating, it is not meant to be. I am affording myself protection “in case of”. What I want is for people to use my work to both their and my benefit, even if the benefit to me is merely acknowledgement of my contribution.

Most people are fair and know what is right.

This document is protection against that small percentage of people that are unfair and do what is wrong.
