One thing I’ve always had trouble finding has been a vector skyline for Detroit, so here’s a couple I whipped up:

Hi Nick
I love the 3rd one and would like to use it as part of my blog template.. How would you like to be credited? Do you have a larger version? Thanks :)

Well, if you have the ability to edit vector files you can make the image any size you wish without losing quality. Buuut I can also resize the image to fit your needs if you don’t have a program available.
Also, what exactly are you trying to fit it into? Maybe I can whip something up for you real quick so you can just plug it in.
Please let me know.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I have photoshop so I’m assuming I should be able to edit it in there. I want to use it as my header background for blogger.

Yes, if you open the AI file in Photoshop, it then gives you options in the “Image Size” section on the right. If you fiddle with those options you should be able to make my orginal file into a size suitable for what you need. If you can’t get the size just right then make it bigger than what you need and you can scale down from there without suffering any loss of quality.
Send me a link to your blog when it’s done. I’d love to see what you get out of it.

Hello Nick!
I would love to use one of these skylines (not sure which one) for the header on our pageant website. I don’t have Illustrator or Photoshop, so would it be possible to get them in a JPG or GIF at 680px wide? Thank you so much – they’re beautiful!

I’ve sent them to the email you provided. Please let me know if they work. Thx.
